Bodegas VQ

José Fernando Pérez Salamanca founded Finca Venta de Don Quijote in 1997. Since then, thanks to his experience in the field as a third generation of winegrowers, he has implemented new cultivation techniques and plantations with varieties more suitable for the production of new wines.

Convinced that the good wine is born and made on the property, Jose Fernando and his family got fully involved in the production and marketing of their wines in 2006, when they put their first products on sale, to transmit their passion for wine to consumers. This family winery is located at the entrance of the estate, surrounded by the entire vineyard. The estate also has a small chapel belonging to the old Venta.

Bodegas VQ is made up of 600 hectares of vineyards and is located at an altitude of 780 meters, outlining the foothills of the mountains of Toledo.

Visit to the Winery + Tasting

Guided tour of our winery where we explain the entire process of grape transformation. At the end of the activity, we will taste several wines from the winery.
