The Flavours Fair is a food and wine event in La Mancha where you can discover and taste the excellent products produced in the area: Wines from La Mancha, cheeses, honey, sausages and sweets are just some of the different products that can be tasted in an incomparable atmosphere, while you enjoy a wide programme of cultural and leisure activities that will be part of this event.

At the Flavours Fair you can enjoy workshops for people of all ages, attend tastings, learn about gastronomy from expert chefs by tasting their culinary recipes… The Flavours Fair is a unique experience to savour the Land of Don Quixote and to do wine tourism in Alcázar de San Juan.

The Fair is also a showcase for the craftsmanship of La Mancha, giving pride of place to its quality and authenticity.

This event has the nature of a fair market. In other words, it is not only focused only on professionals, but also on the general consumer public, where all products can be tasted and purchased.
