Jornadas vino y bautismo Qervantino

November | ALCÁZAR DE SAN JUAN

The Jornadas del Vino y Bautismo Qervantino is a programme designed by the City Council of Alcázar de San Juan that aims to bring together two very significant elements of the culture of Alcázar: Cervantes and Wine.

During the second week of November, a very attractive programme of activities is on the agenda that coincides with the date of the baptism of Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra of the Parish Church of Santa María, in Alcázar (on 9th of November) and with the European Wine Tourism Day (second Sunday of November).

The programme combines sporting activities, theatre, music, conferences, visits to wineries, wine tasting, tourist routes, exhibitions, traditional milling, gastronomy… that make Alcázar de San Juan a benchmark in the world of Cervantes and wine tourism.
